Jian Li, MBA

Jian Li, MBA, has served as our Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller since March 2022. Prior to that, Ms. Li served as our Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from December 2003 to March 2022. Ms. Li has been with DURECT since March 2000 with increased responsibilities in financial budgeting and forecasting, SEC reporting, accounting operations, internal control, and risk management. Prior to joining DURECT, she held various accounting and finance positions at Elan Pharmaceuticals and GTE Hawaiian Telephone. Ms. Li holds a Bachelor of Arts from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is also a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
